My husband and I are first time home buyers which can be a very nerve-wracking experience. Barry Suttles was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He was always available to address questions and concerns. He explained everything in a way that we could understand. He always had our best interest in mind. Barry made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. We will work with him again in the future and will recommend him to all our friends and family.

Barry was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was actually looking at houses for my mother who was moving up from Florida, so he knew from the beginning that there would be multiple trips to severa houses (I was to weed out the non contenders). He was always patient, had wonderful suggestions, listened to our needs and was never pushy. My mother ended up with a wonderful brand new house and everything went smoothly from the offer to closing process. During this process my husband and I have decided to fix up our house to sell so we can move for various reasons and will definitely be using Barry as both our listing agent and buying agent when the time comes. He knows what he is talking about, is very experienced and truly cares about his clients.
