Kline May Realty began in 1970 as Kline Realty, founded by Ken Kline. In 1998 Keith May purchased a controlling interest in the company, now known as Kline May Realty. Kline May Realty and its sister commercial company, Cottonwood Commercial, make up what is known as Kline May Company. Kline May Company is the number one residential, and commercial company in the local market area and the Central Shenandoah Valley.
